Birth and upbringing[]
Daniel was born in London, England to middle-class parents. His father was a shop owner and his mother was a police officer. He was born in 1987.
As a teenager, he would not go home after school, instead free-running around London. This was because his mother and father were both at work when he got back from school. On his 23rd birthday he was inducted into the assassin after proving his worth.
Induction into the assassin order[]
On his 23rd birthday he saw a hooded man being beaten up by some other men and he ran over to help. When one of the other men pulled out a knife he disarmed them and killed the asailants. The man turned out to be assassin Kyle Vanguard. Kyle recruited him and trained him until 1st June 2012. On his 20th assignment he was sent to kill a high-ranking abstergo official. During the assassination, Daniel was spotted by Warren Vidic, who tried to convince him to join abstergo's animi project. Instead, Daniel tried to kill Warren, lunging at With his hidden blade engaged. Warren shot Daniel, who fell through a window. turning round and performing a leap of faith into a fountain. Now with 3 broken ribs, a broken arm and several peices of glass stuck in his chest, Daniel made his way to the hospital. There, he found out how to use eagle vision. On his 21st mission, he was sent to eliminate several abstergo researchers. Taking them out with precision, he was promoted to master assassin.
However on his 30th assassination mission, he was sent to take out several rouge assassins. Asking them why they converted, the convinced him to join abstergo.
Now part of the animi project, he first relived the memories of his ancestor Lanz and compete in competetive matches against other abstergo agents to hone his skills.
Then he tracked the memories of his ancestor Shahkulu in Constaninople and again hone his skills in competitive matches.
He then relived his ancestor Fillan McCarthy's memories to act as the guidelines for the Robber playable character on the console stages of the animus as well as his ancestor Alphonse de Marigot.
Now a templar he was sent on various assassination's one of which was when he killed an entire Assassin camp with just a hidden blade (which broke during battle so he stole another after he killed everyone) and his fists.
Death[]
He went to see a massive tomb abstergo created for all of it's agent's ancestors. In his ancestor's room, he touched a mysterious glowing mask and his turned gold. He was under Juno's control. He slit his own neck with his hidden blade. He was buried in London.
Trivia[]
- He designed the Animus Omega and it was his personal animus after his training was complete. His design was used to memorialise him.
- Daniel wore the same black hoodie as Desmond miles on Animus Island / the black room. This is because while in the assassin order, Daniel designed a black version of Desmond's hoodie for use in assassinations.
- He once had to escape an assassin by pulling down a crane. This was during a mission to blow up the crane to stop the construction of a new assassin HQ. He never had time to finish placing the charges as an assassin showed up so he blew up the bottom to make a brige to another building. This almost failed, as the crane fell to the streets of NYC and Daniel was forced to jump through a window before he went down with it.
